Guardian Sustainable Business (November 2014)

We were approached by Tess from The Guardian to talk about our British quinoa for an article she was writing. It turns out that helping to write a newspaper article is actually pretty fun, and the interview process ended up being a really nice chin wag! Tess focused on our relationship with other European quinoa growers, and our novel use of Facebook to share photos and ideas about our crops, helping to pool our rapidly developing knowledge together.
